Son of William Jasper Pickard, NPB Stokes Croft Bank Manager, and Ellen Pickard, of 95 Effingham Road, St. Andrew’s Park. Younger brother of Mabel, and Reginald G.

Pickard was born on 19/09/1891, and attended the School from 1904-1907. He served as a Private in the Army, with the Royal Fusiliers 10th Bn.. Pickard sadly lost his life on 14/09/1918, as a result of the War.
