Knee, George Creasey
Son of Henry Knee, Baptist minister, and Mary Knee. Older brother of Isabelle, Daisy and Henry. Henry also served, but not did attend Bristol Grammar School. Husband of Alice Knee of 31 Lincoln Road East, Peterborough.
Knee was born on 16/09/1882, and attended the School from 1893-1896. He served as a Captain in the Army, with the East Yorkshire Regiment, 4th att. 8th Bn. Knee sadly lost his life on 03/05/1917, as a result of the War.
Knee is buried in Vis-En-Artois British Cemetery, Haucourt, France, grave reference V. D. 23.
